These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and six5s ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at six5s.net ("the Platform").

By creating an account on six5s, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein or published separately on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account by contacting the six5s support team. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and use a six5s account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. six5s operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to any person below this age threshold.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person, entity, or organisation.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law, where it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of six5s or any of its affiliated or partner companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account with six5s suspended, closed, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in your own personal capacity and are not registering or operating an account for commercial or professional gambling purposes without prior written agreement from six5s.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only on the six5s platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

six5s operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and international KYC standards. You may be required to provide the following documentation at the time of registration or prior to your first withdrawal:

• A government-issued photo identification document (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name and registered number)

six5s reserves the right to suspend account functionality and withhold withdrawals until all required KYC documentation has been received and verified to the Company's satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six5s login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your six5s account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. six5s shall not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify six5s immediately via the support team. six5s will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending resolution.

six5s will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

Deposits

six5s accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and OTC cash where applicable. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your six5s account and are subject to change.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment sources are not accepted and may result in the immediate suspension of your account and return of funds to the source payment method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a verified payment method that matches the method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in the cashier section of the Platform.

six5s processes the majority of PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within four banking hours during business days. six5s does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• six5s reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments where the requested amount is substantial.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed for the first time.

All sports bets placed on the six5s platform are governed by the specific sport and market rules published within the relevant betting section of the Platform. Where a conflict arises between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

A bet is not accepted until a confirmation has been issued by the six5s system and a bet reference number has been generated. Displaying a bet selection on screen does not constitute acceptance.

six5s reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed on incorrect odds arising from a manifest error or technical fault in the six5s system.
• Where the market or event is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or suspended under circumstances that prevent a settlement determination.
• Where there is credible evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised by match-fixing or any form of corruption.
• Where the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms or any applicable supplementary rules.

The outcome of all settled bets is final except where six5s subsequently determines that a settlement error occurred, in which case six5s reserves the right to re-settle the bet at the correct odds and adjust account balances accordingly.

All casino games available through six5s Casino — including live dealer tables, slot games, Pirate Fishing, and Super Keno — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical procedures supervised by qualified dealing staff.

Each casino game title is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to read and understand these rules before wagering real PKR on any title.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for certified slot games are independently audited and represent the theoretical long-term return per game title. Actual results over any individual session may differ significantly from the stated RTP. Past results on any game title do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.

six5s may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Bonus Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms, bonus funds credited to a six5s account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated within the individual promotion's terms.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sport bets, live casino games, slot games, and specialty titles may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the promotion terms.
• six5s reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or reverse bonus-related winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

Abuse and Collusion

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through low-risk or hedged betting strategies, account collusion, or any form of coordinated bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

six5s is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable individuals. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. six5s does not encourage or expect players to gamble beyond their personal financial means.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all six5s account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account from the responsible gaming section of your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a specified time period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six5s platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with any party involved in an event on which bets are placed through six5s.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the Platform software for personal gain. Such gains will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
• Attempting to launder funds through the six5s platform or using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account details without their explicit authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Using the Platform in any manner that disrupts, damages, or interferes with its proper operation.

All content on the six5s platform — including but not limited to the six5s brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, game titles, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of six5s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without prior written consent from six5s.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six5s shall not be liable to you for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from gambling activity, including losses on any bet, wager, or casino game outcome.
• Interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond six5s's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting six5s's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

six5s collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at six5s.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

six5s implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Player data is not sold to third parties and is used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

six5s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The amended Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Where a material change to these Terms is made, six5s will use reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six5s holds its operating licence. The specific jurisdiction is disclosed in the licensing information published on the Platform.

Dispute Resolution Process

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: All disputes must first be submitted to the six5s customer support team via live chat or the support contact channel. A ticket reference will be issued and the dispute will be investigated within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the support team's resolution is not satisfactory, you may escalate your complaint formally in writing. six5s will respond to formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not produce an acceptable resolution, you may have the right to refer the matter to the regulatory authority under whose licence six5s operates. Details of the relevant authority are available on the Platform.
